Insight Collaborative was founded by Harvard graduates to help companies, governments, and individuals negotiate, communicate, and mediate more effectively. Our elite team of conflict management professionals works on five continents helping Fortune 500 companies, governments, and non-profit entities create value and improve working relationships.
Our approach to conflict management is based on ideas developed at the Harvard Negotiation Project and outlined in the best-selling books Getting to Yes (Fisher and Ury, 1981) and Difficult Conversations (Stone, Heen, and Patton, 1999). For more than a decade, our consultants have worked with the Harvard Negotiation Project and affiliated consulting firms to develop leading theory and advice on conflict management. We believe good substantive results do not need to come at the expense of strong working relationships.
Training: Our workshops focus on conflict management skills development through a combination of theory, case studies, role plays, and discussions. Our workshops are highly interactive and skill-based. In-house programs can be customized to address the specific challenges of our clients.

Coaching: Our coaches work directly with individuals and teams to help them prepare, perform, and debrief negotiations, meetings, and difficult conversations of all kinds.
Mediating: Our mediators handle civil and criminal disputes, inside and outside of formal legal contexts.
