Fellowship Program

Each year the Insight Collaborative selects a group of exceptional individuals to embark on a year-long adventure traveling the world to:

  1. Study and promote effective conflict management
  2. Make international humanitarian contributions
  3. Pursue Self-reflection and personal development

Fellows engage in innovative, self-directed projects that leverage best practices of conflict management from our network at the Harvard Negotiation Project.  Together with the knowledge and experience of local partners across the globe, individual Fellows provide training, manage teams, coordinate projects, and conduct research. For over a decade they have helped organizations and communities manage conflict more effectively from the barrios of Bogotá to the boardrooms of Bangalore.

The Insight Fellowship Program has periodically selected exceptional individuals and given them an opportunity to turn their passions and conflict management abilities into actions. Through intensive training and coaching, we have helped Fellows develop and implement innovative programs throughout the world in a series of three-month placements.
