Elise Willer is a certified mediator, trainer, coach and consultant in conflict management, influence, negotiation, communication, and relationship management. She works all over the world helping not-for-profit and corporate clients manage and improve relationships while creating value. Ms. Willer mediates through the Harvard Meditation Program, and has extensive experience working in multi-ethnic and inter-cultural environments, including cultural sensitivity training for military personnel. As an Insight Fellow, she has promoted the practice of productive conflict in Ghana, Rwanda, Kenya, and most recently through the UNDP in Peru.
Ms. Willer graduated with a BA in Political Science and French from Wittenberg University, earned dual master’s degrees at Brandeis University in International Development and Conflict Resolution, and studied mediation and conflict management through the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School. She speaks French and Spanish, and she currently resides in Germany.
