Justin Wright is a mediator, facilitator and negotiation trainer/coach. Mr. Wright has mediated over 100 cases in the last year including business, interpersonal, contract, eviction and harassment prevention order matters at district and municipal courts in the Massachusetts trial court system. He has also co-facilitated parent/child and victim/offender conferencing cases. In addition to his background in mediation and negotiation, he has also been trained in effective communication and non-violence at the Harvard Negotiation Institute. Mr. Wright assists in conducting and coordinating mediation and negotiation trainings for MWI, the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School, and the Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy at Tufts University and also conducts negotiation trainings in Spanish for CMI International Group in the US and Latin America. Before entering the field of conflict management, he co-founded NextGEN, an international NGO that works to inspire and support youth to take action toward creating a sustainable world. In 2010, he worked with the Transition Town Movement in Media Pennsylvania to assess the town’s ecological footprint and create a vision of a sustainable future. Mr. Wright graduated from Yale with a BA in Ethics, Politics and Economics. When not working in the world of conflict management, he freelances as a Spanish-English interpreter, dances salsa, and climbs mountains whenever possible.
