Angelique Skoulas is a mediator and facilitator in negotiation, leadership and conflict resolution. She trains clients in the corporate, non-profit and governmental sectors and has worked internationally in the financial services, banking, healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Angelique’s career path has included work ranging from dentistry to politics and public policy. She honed her negotiation skills as a senior staffer to a leading Member of the U.S. House of Representatives where she negotiated the language in several major pieces of legislation that became law. She went on to study conflict resolution and leadership at the Kennedy School of Government where she was the lead teaching assistant to Professor Ronald Heifetz, renowned for his work in building adaptive leadership capacity. In the academic realm, she is affiliated with the Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative and the Harvard Mediation Program. In addition, she is an adjunct faculty member and lecturer at Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Angelique holds a Master’s degree from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University and a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific, School of Dentistry.
