Leslie Wilson

Leslie Wilson is a management consultant and trainer who specializes in communication skills, needs assessments and performance management. She has extensive in-house and consulting experience working on projects spanning the training lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning programs. Ms. Wilson’s most recent in-house role was as Manager of Professional Skills Development for UBS Financial Services, Inc. where she led a team creating professional skills learning solutions for internal clients. In this role, she recalibrated the firm’s open enrollment learning offerings, managed the performance management training program, facilitated senior-level strategy meetings, coached individual employees on their professional development and led the mentoring program for the firm. Before joining UBS, Ms. Wilson worked at Goldman Sachs, Inc., as senior project manager and trainer specializing in performance management and communications skills. Prior to Goldman Sachs, she focused on international human resources as a consultant at ORC Worldwide and as an account manager at Ernst and Young, LLP. She is currently providing behavior style assessments, team development, and coaching and training on topics such as time management and team building to numerous financial clients and pharmaceutical companies. As a trainer for Insight Partners, she has led workshops for major banks and insurance companies. Ms. Wilson also has extensive experience consulting for city government. She has consulted with clients in the U.S., Latin America, Europe and Asia. Ms. Wilson earned her M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The Georgia Institute of Technology and her B.A. from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her numerous certifications include Blessing White, Personnel Decisions, Ridge Associates and the Myers-Briggs Certification Program.
